Jeffery Steagall, LSW

My name is Jeffery (Jeff) Steagall. I am a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where I served 27 years on active duty and retired as a Command Chief. After completing my military career, I continued serving others as an Inspector General in federal civil service. Over time, I felt called to make a meaningful shift-one that would allow me to help people live healthier, happier lives and become the best versions of themselves.

I earned my master's degree in social work from the University of Texas at San Antonio and worked as a Youth and Family Counselor for a local nonprofit before joining Champion Consulting and Counseling.

My counseling approach is rooted in open, honest dialogue and a strength‑based perspective. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, their experiences, and the challenges they're facing. Together, we chart a path forward-one that builds insight, strengthens coping skills, and supports long‑term mental and emotional well‑being.
