Alexis Dyke, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I’m Alexis! I earned my Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I know that reaching out for therapy isn’t always an easy decision. It can feel vulnerable to share your story, which is why one of my top priorities is creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and judgment‑free.

I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy. This means I look at the whole person — your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well‑being — not just the challenges that bring you in. You are more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Your experiences, strengths, culture, and values all matter.

I work with youth, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and feelings of overwhelm. I also support individuals who are exploring identity, rebuilding self‑worth, or working through past experiences that continue to impact their present. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, we will move at a pace that feels right for you.

My passion and primary clinical focus is helping people process trauma, with specific emphasis on human trafficking and sexual assault. In addition to trauma work, my concentration areas include:

  • Mood disorders
  • Anxiety
  • Life transitions and stressors
  • Dual diagnosis

I work with clients across the lifespan, starting at age 5 and up.

My hope is to support you in slowing down, making sense of your experiences, and moving toward a life that feels connected, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
